Minimum Order
Our minimum order for first time buyers is 10 devices. If you like to place another order minimum quantity for all our buyers is 20 phones.
Payments
We offer two methods of payment. Wire payment or PayPal. For wire transactions the buyer pays wire fees. All PayPal orders will have a 3% increase of the final amount on the invoice. Please note that Paypal address must match with the delivery address. In case it does not we have the right to cancel the order.
Shipping
At this time we offer shipping only in U.S.A. We can ship to forwarders and will require signature confirmation. Please not if you pay via paypal we will check if the shipping address match with the forwarder address. We can ship outside U.S.A. if the buyer can provide their fedex account.
Returns and Refunds
While we understand that not everything will go perfectly so we do offer replacmant and refunds. If the device does not power or had a big functionality issue we offer 30 days return for a replacement or refund.
